Project Description
The Main Library at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is set to undergo several major renovations in the coming years as part of the Universitys Master Plan. Deferred maintenance to the librarys roofing, mechanical, and wall systems has led to water infiltration and damage. There are regular maintenance repairs that are unable to fully treat and remedy the damage from ongoing water infiltration. This project will replace multiple flat roofs, 27 dormers, and several windows, along with repairs to multiple existing roofs. Rooftop ductwork will also be replaced as part of this project.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 7/14/2025 through Meeting ID: 821 5688 2293Password:1867312-626-6799. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
