Northern Illinois University seeks proposals from qualified Vendors for the purchase of services for an employee recognition awards program. The University uses this program to honor and reward employees who have dedicated years of service with the University. The selected Vendor will provide University employees a variety of gifts with a selection process that adds to the intrinsic value of the recognition. The vendor will develop and implement a program that is professional, capable of providing high quality service awards along with consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.

This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
