Announcement of an Exempt Purchase

The Siemens Advance Plan Plus Service Agreement is a comprehensive OEM maintenance and support program designed to maximize the performance, reliability, and uptime of ACUSON Sequoia ST (3 Units) ultrasound systems. The plan provides complete service coverage to help ensure continuous clinical operation while protecting the organization's investment in advanced diagnostic imaging equipment. Scheduled preventive maintenance performed by Siemens-certified service engineers to maintain system performance and reliability. Software updates and system enhancements, when included under the agreement, to help maintain system functionality, cybersecurity, and compatibility with current clinical applications. Documentation of all preventive maintenance and repair activities to support equipment management and accreditation requirements.
