The University awarded a contract for Capture-Seq non-standard Services.
For the required research this project requires Anchored Hybrid Enrichment (AHE) sequencing using a newly designed 92K probe. The AHE method is essential for capturing and sequencing targeted genomic regions across diverse phytoplasma strains.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
