University will provide the principle attraction plus any supporting groups, talent, housing and transportation, and production/sound and lights. Producer represents that the attraction is completely self-contained and will not require supplemental musicians, equipment, musical instruments or other services.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education.
