Procurement Notices can be in one of four statuses.
- Published - Notice is a current procurement opportunity for vendors.
- Awarded - A procurement opportunity that has been awarded.
- Cancelled - A procurement opportunity that has been cancelled prior to the opening date.
- Non-Awarded - A procurement opportunity that was determined after the opening date to not be awarded.
Procurement notices can be either Competitive or Non-Competitive.
Competitive Notices are an open and competitive procurement opportunity for vendors. Examples include, but are not limited to IFB, RFP, QBS, RFI-RP, and PA-RFP.
Non-Competitive notices are for publishing an intent to award based on a specific procurement method. Examples include, but are not limited to Sole Source, Emergency, General Award, and Exemption.
