The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University is accepting bids on First Class Pre-Sort for the U.S. Mail per the enclosed specifications. The Vendor shall provide pickup, processing and delivery to the United States Postal Service for first class letter mail pieces generated by the University qualifying for presort discounts, per the conditions contained within these bid documents and specifications.
