The University awarded a contract for Doudna Lighting Upgrade.
The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University is purchasing upgrades to the lighting network of Doudna Fine Arts Center.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)) The lighting network is required for all events and performances and is no longer maintained.
