The University awarded a contract for Curriculum Development.
Provide development, materials, instruction, student support, and management of course for Saturday STEAM Academy program. Services will be remote unless University opens for activity for in person services. In addition to instruction of SFT programming for students, Professor Caplan will provide professional development to program staff on scientific inquiry, STEM education, and best practices for instruction for program staff in the Fall and Spring.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
