The University awarded a contract for Services of Data Analyst for a Data Warehouse prj.
Services of a Data Analyst for a Data Warehouse Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and Illinois implementation of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) project. Projects will include documentation of the data warehouse, support of Evidence-Based Funding (EBF), Illinois Report Card, Site-based Expenditure Reporting, student assessments, Data Quality Dashboard, IL-EMPOWER IBAM rubric, Assessments, SIS Reporting structures, ESSA summative designations, holistic district plans, EDFacts files support, MyDataDashboard support, and data requests.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
