Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking an exemption for programming to WSIU, WUSI, WSEC, WMEC, and WQEC.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for programming and broadcast license rights for university-operated radio and television stations(30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(7)) The vendor will supply public television programs for the campus operated television stations.
