Provide demolition of fifteen (15) properties around the SIU SOM campus. This includes all structures and vegetation within demolition boundaries. Once demolition is completed, site is to be backfilled, seeded, and restored to original or better conditions.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
