Project Description
Renovation of existing space to construct a new healthcare clinic on the third floor of the Simmons Cancer Institute. Renovation includes selective demolition, construction of metal stud and gypsum board partitions, installation of luxury vinyl tile flooring, ceramic tile, suspended acoustical ceilings, and new hollow metal door frames with flush wood doors. Custom casework, and all necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades will be incorporated to support the clinics operations.
