Strategic Communications & Planning Inc will help develop dynamic branding and associated materials in support of the Illinois Multisector Plan for Aging, now known as EngAging Illinois. Additionally, MSP will provide communications support, project management, background research, editorial support, graphic design, MPA website 1.0, and communications planning & support.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(8)) This work is for a sponsored project.
