RFP #SKA300
Request for Proposal: Employee Engagement Survey Tool
This solicitation will not be awarded
Published Monday, October 6, 2025
The solicitation was not awarded because the E-bidding submission option was not properly selected during the initial posting, as required in the RFP SKA300 documents. This error prevented vendors from submitting proposals electronically as stipulated in the solicitation, necessitating a cancellation and re-bid to ensure a fair and transparent procurement process.
