Managed Application Services 150 subscription plan and annual fees for HIPPA plan. This application is used to manage the process of transmitting members from nursing facilities to some supervised housing facilities. HIPAA platform fees are an add-on for project management, consulting, architecture, development, QA, deployment and data migration for a project management application for use on the UIC College of Nursing's Illinois Department of Human Services Program 792 - Quality Assurance and Data Analytics Grant.

This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
