The University award process may be delayed as this award goes through a state approval process.
Student Center East Tower is a high traffic building with binary toilets on floors 4 - 7.The toilets rooms are well worn and do not meet ADA standards. This project will renovate the binary restrooms on floors 6 and 7 to add fixture count and meet ADA and Building Code standards. Renovated restrooms for this Project will match design intent and materials at recently renovated restrooms on floors 4 and 5.
This Project is located at: Student Center East Tower, 710 S. Halsted St., Chicago, IL 60607, Floors 6 and 7: Two existing binary restrooms per floor.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in UIC Student Center East, Room 713 - 750 S Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60607 at 1:00 PM on 4/30/2025.
Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
