Replace the existing wayfinding signage throughout the structure and paint the interior (walls, columns, beams, stairwells, etc.) of the garage.
This Project is located at: Paulina Street Parking Structure, 915 S Paulina St. Chicago, IL 60622
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in 915 S Paulina St at 10:00 AM on 5/5/2026. Meet at Paulina Street Parking Structure (south entrance on Paulina) Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
