Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum provides Pre-Bid meeting information, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
This project involves the complete removal of the existing roofing system and the installation of a new asphalt shingle roof, including underlayment, ice and water protection, ridge vents, sheet metal flashings, joint sealants, and all related accessories necessary for a fully warrantied, weather-tight installation.
This Project is located at: Trillium Court, 2021 Carl Sandburg Lane, Springfield, IL 62703
A pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in Room 81 in the Business Services Building (BSB), 2420 Theodore Dreiser Lane, Springfield, IL at 11:00 AM on 4/9/2026. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
