RWF is soliciting the price to provide Four new custom 1.5 hour fire/smoke dampers shall be installed at duct size at each shaft penetration (60x28, 48x24, 40x16, 40x24, respectively). Installed mains to be reworked at the points shown on the drawing per clearance requirements. Access doors to be provided as coordinated with C&I. New actuators are to be provided and installed and connected to fire alarm system as shown in the drawings.

The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 23,000 sf, 2-story addition located south of the existing Small Animal Clinic. The addition will have a connecting link to the existing building at the first and basement levels. A basement will be located under most of the addition footprint and includes a large mechanical room and other building services.
This Project is located at: Veterinary Teaching Hospital Small Animal Clinic (Building #0292) 1008 W. Hazelwood Drive, Urbana, IL 61802.
A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 4/16/2024 via Zoom call-in phone number: 312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 872 3991 2182, Password:1867. AND 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 18, 2024, through Zoom: 312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 830 9531 7669, Password: 1867. Bidders only need to attend one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences available. Site Visits: NON-MANDATORY site visits will be held at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital Small Animal Clinic, 1008 W Hazelwood Drive, Urbana, IL. Meet at south side Emergency Room entrance. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.
