Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor). This Addendum updates specification information (clarifications to the DBE program requirements and revision to the Completion Date), provides RFI responses, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project consists of a relocation of the current TSA lane as well as the addition of a new TSA lane. The space currently being utilized for the airport's TSA checkpoint will be moved to an underutilized space in the airport. The underutilized space contains partitions, bathrooms, and other elements that must first be demolished. A second-floor-only addition will be constructed to allow for the full length of the TSA lanes.

This Project is located at: 11 Airport Rd, Savoy IL 61874

Each Single Prime Bidder shall identify the total sum of their base bid and each alternate if any, as well as the breakdown of this bid by each bid / alternate(s) if any, for Work the Single Prime Bidder will perform as well as the Work performed by Protected Subcontractors for all of the following trades: (1) plumbing, (2) heating, piping, refrigeration and automatic temperature control systems, including the testing and balancing of those systems, (3) ventilating and distribution systems for conditioned air, including the testing and balancing of those systems, (4) electric wiring, and (5) general contract work . The breakdown of the Single Prime and Protected Subcontractor base bids and each alternate(s) if any, should add up to the Single Prime total base bid and each alternate totals.
