Project Description
The project scope includes shelf angle replacement, resetting of existing coping units, masonry tuckpointing, isolated brick replacement and rebuild, precast concrete mullion repairs and sealant replacement at precast concrete and masonry joints.

A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held on Zoom. SECOND mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:00 AM on 12/16/2024 with number: US: 1 312 626 6799, Meeting ID: 813 5383 8244, Password: 1867. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend only one of the pre-bid conferences offered.
