Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum provides an updated Bid Advertisement with updated Plan Room information, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The building known as the "Car Shop Extension, bldg. 2013" is being renamed the Artisan Village Hall, will be fully renovated and restored to provide additional programming space, including two classrooms, bathroom space, and limited storage associated with the classrooms. These classrooms will revolve around arts and crafts and be an active component on expanding The Farms, an Allerton Folk School. In addition to the interior space, the exterior will need utility upgrades to support both water and wastewater, new electrical service and way finding improvements including a courtyard, or quad space.
