This is a re-bid of 1JEZ2602. Changes have been made from 1JEZ2602 to both the specifications (6.2.2.2) and the Market Basket Addendum. University Dining Services manages multiple retail outlets, dining hall locations, and the catering operations across the Urbana-Champaign campus which serve the needs of the University's students, faculty, staff and visitors. Key to serving this customer base is ensuring the availability of pre-packaged food products that meet specific needs and preferences of the University's diverse customer base. University Dining Services seeks a vendor to supply it with these specialty retail food products.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
