The University awarded a contract for Software Maintenance.

Annual software maintenance agreement for existing applications including AiM, Key Access, ES, FCA, Estimating, Motorpool, Space Management, KPI, GIS, Capital Projects, Utilities, Lease, AiMCAD, IQ, Go AM and Go OM.

This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software license or maintenance agreement or competitively solicited software purchase, when the software, license, or maintenance agreement is available through only the software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) .
