Partial Design & Construction Cost for BEACON (Building Energy Efficient Affordable Community Oriented Neighborhoods) House. This project is sponsored by the Illini Solar Decathlon that is building a house in Rantoul, IL that will be donated to a family by Habitat for Humanity.
