Project Description
Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete an approximately 2200 square foot office renovation in the University Union on the campus of Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL. This work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, lighting, painting, and flooring.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST in WIU's Grigsby Physical Plant large training room, Macomb, IL. The site visit will be held immediately following the meeting.
